What were the main challenges an HR system was meant to help solve for you?
Our goal was to find an HRM system where we could digitize the majority of our HR processes. Everything from onboarding, performance reviews, salary mapping and revision to employee surveys and goal setting. For us, it was important that the system be user‑friendly and truly add value to our business. We were looking for a tool that would support our leaders while also creating clarity and security in the processes for our employees.
In what ways has Heartpace contributed to solving them?
Heartpace has provided us with the foundation to work toward our goals of digitizing and consolidating our HR processes in one place. We chose to implement step by step, and through personal contact at Heartpace she followed our journey and was an incredible support and sounding board during the setup. Today we use most of the offered modules such as onboarding, pulse, salary mapping, salary revision, reviews, and goals. With our setup, we now have clear and value‑creating processes gathered in one place – structure and order. The system simplifies the administrative parts for HR, but the greatest benefit is that the tools support our leaders both in annual processes and in their everyday work.
What are your next steps?
We plan to explore how we can further utilize the documentation features in the system, where we would like to present our employee handbook. Furthermore, we notice that Heartpace always strives to offer up‑to‑date tools that meet legal requirements and market needs. With that in mind, we continuously develop how we work in the different modules to make the best possible use of them.

- Inventory and evaluate your HR‑related processes. With updated and clear processes, you have a clear vision of how the system setup should be built, which makes implementation easier.
- Implement step by step and train users continuously. Evaluate and adjust to ensure the right system configuration.
- Have a clear vision and set a timeline. Define how you want the system to function for your organization and how it can create maximum value for leaders and employees.
