Psykologisk trygghet \u00e4r en f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning s\u00e5 att svaren inte blir f\u00f6r diplomatiska \u00e4n det man faktisk \u00e4r ute efter, att de \u00e4r sanningsenliga. Besluten riskerar att baseras p\u00e5 en filtrerad bild av verkligheten.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 medarbetarupplevelsen p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som utvecklar b\u00e5de kultur och aff\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver man r\u00f6ra sig fr\u00e5n m\u00e4tning till meningsfulla insikter. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt blir ocks\u00e5 resultatet helt annorlunda.<\/p>\n<p>Ledare som arbetar med sina team utifr\u00e5n tydliga insikter baserade p\u00e5 extraherade data ser snabbare f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar i arbetsmilj\u00f6, samarbete och tillit. Man kan s\u00e4ga att det handlar om att g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n \u201dVad tycker medarbetarna?\u201d till \u201dVad beh\u00f6ver vi f\u00f6rst\u00e5 och vad g\u00f6r vi nu?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kvalitativa inslag \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s avg\u00f6rande h\u00e4r. Siffror visar\u00a0<em>var<\/em>\u00a0problemen finns, men samtal visar\u00a0p\u00e5\u00a0<em>varf\u00f6r<\/em>. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir kombinationen av kvantitativa data och kvalitativa dialoger en framg\u00e5ngsfaktor. Om medarbetare inte k\u00e4nner sig trygga att uttrycka sina upplevelser, kommer resultaten aldrig ge en sann bild av nul\u00e4get. Psykologisk trygghet \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte bara en arbetsmilj\u00f6fr\u00e5ga. Och de organisationer som vill f\u00f6rst\u00e5 sin egen verklighet beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rst skapa dessa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r \u00e4rlighet.<\/p>\n<p>Transparens spelar s\u00e5ledes en central roll. De organisationer som \u00f6ppet delar resultaten, involverar sina medarbetare i tolkningen och visar hur insikterna leder till beslut f\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 \u00f6kad tillit och engagemang p\u00e5 k\u00f6pet.<\/p>\n<p>Den \u00e5terkopplingsslinga som ofta saknas kan med andra ord sammanfattas i fyra steg:\u00a0<em>vi m\u00e4ter \u2013 vi f\u00f6rst\u00e5r \u2013 vi agerar \u2013 vi \u00e5terkopplar<\/em>.
